The HVAF offers veterans an employment training specialist who provides job coaching onsite with clients. The specialist is able to provide employer/co-worker intervention as needed and other services that might benefit the client's overall job performance.
The specialist works with the veteran's case manager to document progress and performance and provide additional recommendations for the veteran's growth and success.
