On the evening of November 7, 2007 a variance hearing was held in the City County Building to consider a petition from HVAF of Indiana, Inc. to allow up to 22 veterans to reside at 964 N. Pennsylvania Street while in the REST Program.  By unanimous vote (8-0), the commissioners voted to approve the petition.  Therefore, full renovation of the 964 site began this morning (November 8, 2007).
